As previously disclosed, consistent with the Board of Directors’ recommendation at the Marathon Oil Corporation’s annual meeting of stockholders held on May 31, 2017, stockholders holding a majority of shares voted for the one year option with respect to the frequency of holding a non-binding advisory vote on the compensation of our named executive officers.
